The current Covid-19 response and its effects on the economy will no doubt be challenging to everyone. None more than small business and their employees, but we have been here before. Just as we weathered 9/11, hurricanes, and severe economic downturns we can work together to survive this. The good news is that this will be temporary. Although it may be very trying, the economy should rebound rather quickly once activities normalize. Realizing this could take several months, the best bet is to implement a strategy TODAY! Below is the procedure to carry us through to better days. We have decided to call it the BRIDGE plan.

As COVID-19 continues to impact our communities, we at AVENTURA ACQUISITIONS want to provide you with an update on the steps we have taken to ensure the safety of our employees and customers, as well as business continuity for the communities we serve. We recognize that our services are of a special nature, and we remain fully committed to fulfilling all requests. More importantly, the safety of our Employees, Business Partners  and Owners is always our highest priority, and we recognize that heightened diligence and focus on health and safety is required during these challenging times.

We are actively monitoring updates from the CDC and local health officials and continually implementing measures and developing plans to prioritize the health and well-being of our employees and customers.

• All Reps and Associates will be equipped with the following personal protective equipment (PPE) when entering businesses for peace of mind and prevention and maintain Social Distancing

• All employees are required to check their temperature prior to reporting to work. Any employee with a temperature of 100.0 degrees or greater shall not report to work and seek medical treatment, if necessary.

• All employees shall confirm to daily temperature screening and that they are fever-free upon entering any of our facilities.

• We are continuing to require employees to stay home or seek medical attention consistent with CDC and WHO guidelines if they are experiencing other symptoms such as shortness of breath, coughing, and fever.

• For the safety of our Reps and Customers, (i) prior to booking an appointment and (ii) again prior to our Reps arriving to a Business Facility, will make inquiries to confirm there are no occupants above the Guidelines of State and Local Authorities and to confirm we have explicit authorization.

Should there be concerns about any Reps, please contact HR at 800-000-0000. For the safety of our community and consistent with health guidelines, we do reserve the right to postpone or cancel service in situations where symptoms such as shortness of breath, coughing, and fever are encountered or confirmed. This is an unprecedented time for everyone, and the situation is changing daily. We are committed to maintaining our business operations and ensuring you continue to receive the highest quality service from us without disruption all while taking steps to ensure the safety of our customers and employees. Furthermore, AVENTURA ACQUISITIONS will continue to remain open  and operating. Also, we have implemented the  Work From Home (WFH) Policy , as recommended by the health experts.  Fortunately, most of our business can be done remotely via phone, email, and video and phone conferencing.  As such, we encourage business owners to continue to contact us and be prepared to continue their plans to sell or buy businesses. If you are a  business owner thinking of selling your business this year, take comfort in knowing that times like we are continuing uninterrupted to buy businesses. Also, for those that experience personnel  job loss due to the pandemic, finding a reputable buyer is a great way to safe or keep as many employees as possible on their jobs during such uncertain times. In the meantime, we want to encourage our business community, friends, and family to take the necessary precautions to stay healthy and safe.
